Seven creatives from Karlsruhe have seven minutes to present themselves and their business. Foil presentation, speech, unplugged concert or small show – everything is allowed! And as creative as the industry itself is, the evening promises to be.

CONTEMP-RENT
“For a life with art,” is the credo of Fahar Al-Salih and Yvonne Hohner. In the showroom of contemp-rent you can not only buy works of art by the artist Fahar Al-Salih, but also rent them – a concept in the trend of the current “sharing economy” and also in Karlsruhe new and unique.
KNUDDELS
Knuddels is a social network from Germany. Like the gallic village of Asterix and Obelix, Knuddels has been successfully fighting the overly powerful competitors Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter for more than a decade. For the future Knuddels has even bigger plans.
ATELIER REMISE
Successful illustrations tell stories, they communicate and convey messages. The Atelier Remise is a studio community on the premises of the Old Slaughterhouse. Here, handmade pictures are created, always striving to find a new, individual look at things.
THE PERCUSSIONIST LEONIE KLEIN
Whether timpani, thunderbolt, vibraphone or drum – Leonie Klein masters superb all the instruments. Rhythmic, contemporary sounds unite to the music genius of the special kind, presented in an impressive performance.
VR|PLAYSPACE
The VR | Playspace Karlsruhe offers its customers the opportunity to experience virtual reality. In your own game area the user immerses in unlimited worlds: whether it is walks through the solar system, painting in 3D space or adrenaline driving actiongames – everything is possible!

PIANOWERKSTATT
Since 2008, the Pianowerkstatt (Piano Repair Shop) has been offering a round-the-clock service for pianos and grand piano at the slaughterhouse. Repairs and repairs are part of the offer of this traditional handicraft business, such as the restoration of antique instruments and the customer support on site.
